The Code Officer spoke with two tenants on Monday about the bags, explained to them that they cannot pile the bags up at the curb because the driver does not get out of the truck, and gave them Sanitation's phone number because they want second trash can. Their collection is today; will follow up to see whether they received the other can.

After inspection today, the Code Officer reported that the trash was discarded.
